PLC Device Net Learning System

These devices are connected through a network scanner module rather than the input and output modules of traditional networks. Field-device networks, such as Device Net, provide a wider range of control and can perform higher functions than traditional networks. PLC Device Net Learning System adds to Troubleshooting Learning Systems to teach operation, installation, configuration and troubleshooting of the Device Net field-device network. The PLC Device Net Learning System includes Device Net I/O application station, Device Net scanner module, software, cable assembly, jumper plugs, supplemental disk, student curriculum for both theory and lab, and teacher's assessment guide. Device Net is a high-speed, deterministic, field device network for connecting devices such as limit switches, photoelectric sensors, solenoid valves, motor starters, variable speed drives and operator interfaces to a controller. Manufacturing technicians will need to understand these networks and their operation in order to install and troubleshoot the networks as well as the network's interconnections to PLC's.
