Smart Traffic Lights Simulator

The dialogue between the semaphores of the two roads allows the alternation of the green signal as a function of the traffic intensity, while the pedestrian crossing is on request. The automatic control of the semaphore system is performed through PLC not with the normal cyclic timing: only the presence of at least one car determines the green signal of the relevant semaphore, allowing the transit of all the cars between the two detecting sensors. Smart Traffic Lights Simulator system represents a crossing between two one way streets, each controlled by a semaphore and provided with three pedestrian crossings with semaphores, too. The present cars are displayed through LED, whose control is assigned to an electronic circuit separated from the PLC.
