Process Control Trainer

The trainer is composed of:
A control module, containing the interface circuits for the sensors and the actuators and the ON/OFF, proportional, integral and derivative control circuits (PID).
An educational board with a pressurized vessel and a set of sensors and actuators for level, pressure, temperature and flow;

Water tank capacity: 20 litres approx.
Pressurized vessel capacity: 5 litres approx.

On reed ON/OFF sensor
Linear variable differential transformer (LVDT)
Temperature sensors:
Bi metallic direct reading thermometer

Flowmeter, direct reading
Flowmeter 8000 pulses/ litre

Manometer, direct reading
Strain gauge.
