PCR cabinet/chamber is HEPA-filtered enclosures designed to protect contamination-sensitive PCR products during amplification and DNA/RNA manipulation. Airstream PCR Cabinet (PCR) is equipped with HEPA-filtered laminar flow, airflow monitoring, UV lamp & prefilter change alarm to provide a sterile environment for reagent and sample preparation during PCR mastermix preparation. Contaminants coming from the personnel working can also be prevented from compromising the samples. UV decontamination technology is a standard feature of PCR cabinets to remove viable microorganisms inside the work zone.

Laminar Airflow Velocity: 0.30 m/s
Sentinel Silver Microprocessor Controller with LCD Display, LED light indicator and soft touch buttons. It displays basic parameters such as airflow on one screen. It has alarms to notify users to change filters.
HEPA-Filtered Laminar Airflow: Laminar, not turbulent flow provides superior sample protection. ISO Class 3 air cleanliness. H14 filter with a typical efficiency of >99.99% at 0.3 microns
